Online Order
Please select artwork first, and then add it into your "SHOPPING BASKET" by clicking "add to cart". The "Cart" will open up, showing all the articles that have already been added to the shopping basket. It automatically calculates the total amount including all taxes. To finalize the ordering process, click “Checkout" and fill out the following forms on the next pages with your name, address, Email and your payment information. The order amount will be deposited on your card as a reservation payment until your order has either been sent (then the amount will be booked) or cancelled (then the amount will be released). After procedure you will get automatically email with details of your order. In case, you will find some mistakes, please, contact us as soon as possible.  After, we will contact you within the next two working days to give you more detailed information about shipping methods.

Payment

  1. Payments are to be made either by credit card, in advance by bank transfer or cash (by personal appointment).  Details are provided on our website.
  2. Payments to Blue Sphere LLC shall be made in Swiss Francs (CHF). If payments are made in a foreign currency, any exchange loss shall be borne by the customer. Any taxes, costs and charges incurring in connection with the payment (including the bank charges to be paid by Blue Sphere LLC) shall also be borne by the customer.

Currencies
The relevant currency is determined by your location: Payments as well as refunds for shipments to Great Britain are invoiced in Pound Sterling (GBP). Payments as well as refunds for shipments to the US, Canada, and Mexico are invoiced in US dollar (USD).
Payments as well as refunds for shipments to all the other countries are invoiced in Euro (EUR).

Shipping methods and delivery costs
Shipping options through shipping partners of Blue Sphere LLC
If you would like to use the services of one of Blue Sphere LLC's shipping partners, you will get offers by at least one of our partners 2-3 working days after your purchase. Should none of the offers suit your taste for whatever reason, you can always assign your own shipping partner at any time.
Due to the diversities of shipping regulations, distances, possible custom fees and/or size of the purchased items please understand that prices can vary greatly, thus each shipping offer has to be individual. The artwork is ready to ship usually within 14 - max.21 days after receipt of full payment and agreeing to the terms of delivery. Please understand that we will not deliver art to Mailboxes.

Shipping through a shipping partner of your choice
Should you be familiar with art transportation and already work with your own logistic partner, you can always choose to handle shipment with your own transport provider. In this case we will provide you and/or your shipping partner with the necessary information concerning the local pickup, times etc. to assure a quick and swift handling.

Customs duties and taxes
No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped within Switzerland. The articles’ prices and shipping costs include VAT and are thus listed as gross prices.

In case of shipments that are made to other countries, no VAT is charged. As soon as the articles arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. By submitting your order you undertake to guarantee the import of the respective articles by paying and/or delivering the necessary information. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country.

Conclusion of the Contract
The works of art (paintings, limited objects d'art) listed by Blue Sphere LLC in the internet or in any other media shall not be deemed to be an offer for sale but only an invitation to customers to submit a purchaser order (so-called "invitation and offerendum"). The purchase orders may be submitted online by means of the order forms provided by Blue Sphere LLC.
A customer's purchase order shall be deemed to be accepted by immediate delivery, i.e. handing over of the articles by the artist/gallery to the shipper/ carrier/ post office.

The text of the contract will not be saved separately by Blue Sphere LLC. The order data will be disclosed in the confirmation sent to the customer by e-mail. The General Terms and Conditions as applicable from time to time may be retrieved and downloaded at www.bluesphere.li.

Any purchase order from a customer will only be accepted at the prices and terms applicable at this point in time. All prices include legal VAT (currently 8% in CH) and are net of any shipping charges.

Blue Sphere LLC does not give any warranty that the articles offered on the website are available at all times. In the event one or several articles are not available, Blue Sphere will notify its customers thereof as soon as possible. If a customer has already made payment for the articles, Blue Sphere LLC will pay back the respective amount without undue delay.

Right of Revocation
We offer our clients the following withdrawal periods, which depend on the legal provisions of the country in which the customer has his habitual residence: 20 days revocation period. To observe the revocation period it is sufficient to send off the revocation or dispatch the product in time.

Upon due revocation, you are no longer bound by the contract entered into with Blue Sphere LLC. Blue Sphere LLC will refund any purchase price already paid. You are only obliged to return the articles.

Custom-made articles (e.g. limited objects d'art and pictures on stretcher bars) can generally not be returned or exchanged.

If the customer exercises the withdrawal and sends the goods back in conformance to the contract, the purchase price refund will be made immediately by the Blue Sphere LLC, at the latest within 30 days of return.
